Independent Business Cooperatives
These are the manufacturers, wholesale suppliers or providers of products and services listed on the companies websites, social media, or stores that have a fiduciary contractual agreement for 50/50 of profit share on margins of any items that are purchased or sold from the network , whether on-line or off-line. Integrity of all parties are paramount as shares are spread across the membership. Whoever purchasers or sells any item(s) from within the network, everyone from them and their up-line gets a share paid monthly on the previous months sales. Here is the break-down. The Company receives 50/50 from the Manufacturer Supplier. The Company then shares 50/50 with Syndicate 1000 Group. Who shares 50/50 with the Syndicate Portfolio the sale came from. Who shares 50/50 with its Members who yes, will receive the smallest cut but this is over a lot of sales volume for the end of the annual fiscal year dividends (if any) as we are not about profit but more for capital growth. Members have 7 income streams that keep them active.
Pledge Members
Members have a fiduciary role to play with purchasing and selling products and services listed on the websites. Many of our members will have the opportunity to list and sell their own goods and services in the near future. Members are allowed to buy in bulk to on-sell to make a profit but they must remain competitive to keep the prices low. The lower the prices, the more volume sales, the more profit margins to share. Everyone has a fiduciary responsibility to each other within a Working Cooperative.
