What we require of you?
- A solid contractual 5 -year term agreement with 5-year right of renewal intervals to share 50% or 50/50 share of your profit margins with our Company. Profit margins are between cost to wholesale and retail price business activity from the network.
- To be part of a new innovative concept of Syndicate 1000 Group's Working Cooperative and to attend business networking events to promote your business on a regular basis. (conditions apply)
- A FREE drop-ship tracking service to be forwarded direct to the door of our/your customer(s) within your own designated country and with a minimum (COD) cost on delivery to outside countries around the world in a timely manner.
- To foster good relationships with our company, associates, affiliates, networks, members and customers.
- To forward sales information to our accounts department for the sales made each month from our network to your business and/or have that information provided for your records from the company.
- To be accountable for your actions of professionalism and public liability supported by professional and public liability indemnity insurance of a minimum $5,000,000 cover.
- To make a firm commitment and a stake in our Working Cooperative to supply to the company any real and tangible, usable stock or goods for display and quality control purposes.
- To become a member and participator of the Working Cooperative as a ledge member.
- To provide an exit clause of any contractual term agreement if their is a breach of trust, confidentiality, privacy, liability and customer satisfaction. (conditions apply)

- Complete the form accurately below.
- Upload 2 x Photo ID, Business Legal Documents, Proof of Address, Current Photo, jpeg or png image of Business Logo and items, descriptions of adverts etc.
- Profit margin which is from cost to wholesale and retail sales price to determine 50/50 split of margins.
- Prices must be market competitive
- FREE Shipping for local and national sales, international shipping up to a maximum of $7 per item(s), per 1 destination. (conditions apply)
